Victor Victrola VV-240
This is a great example of the Victor's "humpbacked" style of phonograph. These were sold between 1922 and 1925 making for a short production run. This design didn't allow for items such as plants to be placed on the phonograph so that you would have easy access and be more inclined to purchase more records. The design was not very popular however, making it more of a rarity today in the phonograph world. It has a powerful 2 spring motor and a Vic #2 reproducer of which both have been fully serviced. This machine will deliver many decades of solid reliable service for you. The mahogany cabinet is in good condition, no veneer missing and all intact. Due to the fact that this is a floor model phonograph, we cannot ship it. It must be picked up here at our location or an arrangement made to meet you somewhere. Transport costs would be extra. If you have any questions or are interested in purchasing this phonograph please give us a call at 802-748-4893 or 800-239-4188 or email us at [email protected]. Price: $395.00 |
