Cost of Expedite Service:
January 1st - November 14th: $100 additional fee
November 15th - December 31st: $150 additional fee
January 1st - November 14th: $100 additional fee
November 15th - December 31st: $150 additional fee
The extra cost is due to the large volume of work sent in during the month(s) before the Christmas Holiday season.
If you would like this service, one of our repairmen will look at your package the day it arrives. We can contact you by phone or email with your estimate. After accepting the estimate, we will complete the repairs and your package back to you as soon as possible by your choice of shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, Priority, etc.)
WHEN SHIPPING YOUR ITEM(S) TO US FOR REPAIR, BE SURE TO WRITE "ATTENTION: EXPEDITE" VERY CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX NEAR THE ADDRESS LABEL. THAT WAY WE CAN SEE IT AND MAKE SURE YOUR ESTIMATE IS GIVEN TO YOU RIGHT AWAY, OTHERWISE WE WON'T KNOW AND THE PACKAGE WILL GO IN THE NORMAL WORK BACKLOG.
Most repairs can be done quickly since we have thousands of parts available, but if you need a part that we do not have in stock, it will take additional time to complete the repairs. This is because parts will need to ordered and shipped to us. Any extra time needed will be quoted to you when you receive your initial estimate. Should your repairs be delayed due to parts, you are still responsible for paying the expedite fee since your repairs were estimated immediately, avoiding the normal waiting period.
If you think or know you are missing any parts, feel free to give us a call before sending the motor or miscellaneous parts. This way we can discuss it and have any necessary parts (if available) waiting, when your package arrives.
