We enjoy having visitors to the shop. We welcome you to stop by when in the area, or if you are planning a trip to northern Vermont. We have a beautiful display room full of phonographs to view, and also have phonographs for sale. We will give you the tour of our workshop, parts rooms, and collection room. You may purchase any products in our catalog or from our website while you are here. If you need something looked at while you are here, you can feel free to bring it with you. Small repairs such as motor adjustments and reproducers can be done while you are here.

There are many other attractions to see during your visit to St. Johnsbury, VT :

The Fairbanks Museum: A very nice Victorian Museum of Natural Science and Planetarium. It also has a nice display of antique scales from the Fairbanks Scales company of St. Johnsbury. Located three blocks from the shop.

Maple Grove: St. Johnsbury is known as the maple center of the world. While in St. Johnsbury, you can take a tour of the famous Maple Grove factory as well as view all the candies and gifts in the museum/gift shop next door. Located within two miles of the shop in downtown St. Johnsbury.

St. Johnsbury Athaneum Library and Art Gallery: This historic landmark building is open to the public Monday through Saturday. Please check out their website for details of how you can visit their library and beautiful Art Gallery room.



The New England area is home to many antique shops. Places that you can browse and take a look at all kinds of antiques and collectibles. When visiting, we can give you easily instructed directions to many of the shops that are close by such as:

Route 5 Collectibles: This shop is located in downtown Lyndonville, 10 miles north of St. Johnsbury. There's a wide variety of antiques and collectibles at reasonable prices. With rooms and rooms of items, you'll easily find something to suit your fancy and bring back home. Open 6 days of the week, closed Tuesdays. If traveling on Interstate 91 South: Take 91 South to exit 21. Merge onto Route 2 East towards Saint Johnsbury. Follow Route 2 for 1 mile and you'll come to the Fairbanks Motor Inn on your right. Take the left hand turn (onto Central Street) in front of this Motor Inn. Follow central Street about 50 yards and the road will split. Take the left hand side of the split (Cliff Street). We're the 4th building on the right, after the first stop sign.

If traveling on Interstate 91 North: Take 91 North to exit 21. Merge onto Route 2 East towards Saint Johnsbury. Follow Route 2 for 1 mile and you'll come to the Fairbanks Motor Inn on your right. Take the left hand turn (onto Central Street) in front of this Motor Inn. Follow central Street about 50 yards and the road will split. Take the left hand side of the split (Cliff Street). We're the 4th building on the right, after the first stop sign.

If traveling on Interstate 93 North: Take 93 North all the way to the end. You'll have a choice of Intertsate 91 North or South. Take 91 North to exit 21 (second exit). Merge onto Route 2 East towards Saint Johnsbury. Follow Route 2 for 1 mile and you'll come to the Fairbanks Motor Inn on your right. Take the left hand turn (onto Central Street) in front of this Motor Inn. Follow central Street about 50 yards and the road will split. Take the left hand side of the split (Cliff Street). We're the 4th building on the right, after the first stop sign.

If traveling on Rt 2 East: Take Route 2 East to Saint Johnsbury. Just before you enter Saint Johnsbury, you'll come to the Fairbanks Motor Inn on your right. Take the left hand turn (onto Central Street) in front of this Motor Inn. Follow central Street about 50 yards and the road will split. Take the left hand side of the split (Cliff Street). We're the 4th building on the right, after the first stop sign.

If traveling on Rt 2 West: Take Route 2 West to Saint Johnsbury. When you come into Saint Johnsbury, you'll pass the "Maple Groves" Maple Syrup Factory (great place to stop and tour, website info above). Go straight through the set of lights and keep heading into town. You'll cross a bridge and at the end of the bridge is a stop sign. At the stop sign, take a right onto Railroad Street. Take an immediate left onto Maple Street. This is the street right after the Passumpsic Bank. Go up Maple Street to the stop sign at the top. Take a right onto Main Street then an immediate left onto Winter Street. This immediate left is very quick coming, only about 10 yards after turning onto Main Street. Follow Winter Street to the second stop sign. Take a left onto Cliff Street. We're the 3rd building on the left.
