We have been repairing phonographs for almost 20 years and have a large inventory of parts and supplies and knowledge to repair all windup phonographs. Our dealer program can also help small buisnesses but offereing phonograph repair service. By joining our network, you can tap into and compete in the antique phonograph trade.
How it works: Customers bring repair work to you and you ship it to us via UPS. We will make the repairs and ship the repair back to you. It's that easy. When your customers bring you a machine for repair, pack everything carefully. We suggest UPS on larger boxes and the post office for smaller boxes. The shipping to us is paid by you and the return shipping is paid by us. The suggested retail prices reflect your expense of shipping. We will call you or send you a written estimate if you are not sure of the cost. For parts, find out what parts are needed, if you are not sure, call toll free 1-800-239-4188 and we will discuss it with you over the phone. We are always glad to purchase parts for you. Let us know what you have and we will give you teh price you deserve. Parts may also be traded for other parts or credit.

Guaranteed Repairs: Our work is guaranteed for 6 months after completion. If your customer has any complaints call us. It the item needs to be sent back to us, we will pay all shipping costs. You may return any parts that do not fit for a full refund or credit.
Who Can Join?: Antique shops, retired persons or anybody interested in earning extra income. To qualify for the dealer program you must provide us with a copy of your state tax ID license. You may still quaify after making three transactions with Victrola Repair Service (ie. Repairs, orders, purchases) thus showing your interest in dealing with antique phonographs.
